How we handle your images and data

ResizeFit processes images to deliver the resize or Repurpose feature you request.

Free resize

Your image is sent to our server for validation and resizing, then the result is returned to your browser. Basic resize does not call an external editing provider or save your image as an account asset. If you choose Repurpose after resizing, your browser temporarily keeps a copy of the source image locally so you can continue after signing in.

Repurpose

Repurpose uploads are validated and normalized, then sent to a third-party image moderation provider before editing. Approved images are sent to an image editing provider. Approved images and generated results are scheduled for deletion after 72 hours; deletion may be delayed if a cleanup run fails. We keep minimal moderation status, account, and usage records needed to enforce safety and limits.

Accounts and usage

Alpha users sign in with an invited email and code. A session cookie keeps them signed in. We use IP addresses and account identifiers to limit abuse. We also count aggregate use of the resize tool and Repurpose funnel.

Advertising

When Google AdSense is enabled, Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to serve and measure ads. Google may use advertising cookies to show ads based on visits to this and other sites. You can manage personalized ads in Google Ads Settings, and learn how Google uses data on partner sites. Where required, an approved consent management platform will present your choices before ads are served.
